I was just driving behind one of these trucks on Rt2 between Turners Falls in Greenfield Massachusetts as the driver was unloading trash out of his window onto the highway. It was disgusting. I would never want to use a company that was so disrespectful to the environment. This was on September 8, 2018 at 8:45am.

I was driving to work and a person driving a Gaines truck (number 275) just decided to merge into my lane with no signal about running me off the road. Good thing I was a better driver than he was or it could have been bad. I guess they hire any idiot who needs a job at this place.

I have been working for Gaines Exspress for 3 months now. They have always done right by me. Breakdowns are handled quickly to get you back on the road. They dont give you any hassle when the weather gets bad. They value their drivers saftey. The owner and office staff are always willing to answer the phone and do what they can to help the driver. They also understand home time is valuable and do absolutely everything they can to get you home for your home time. I have no complaints about the company.

One of your truck drivers tried to run someone I know off of the road. He was harassing them and wouldn't let them pass him. Very rude.
