This location has the worst Geek Squad department flat out. Troy Young has no business working in that department. He barely knows what he talking about at times but is quick to try to sell you a protection plan and his demeanor can be horrible. I really do not like going to this location but unfortunately it is the closest to my house.

The woman that drives the geek squad vehicle on 1-30-2019 with the license plate number dhd3799 used no turn signals as she cuts off multiple people almost causing an accident getting onto 540 then tries to brake check someone. Pretty sure she works at the knightdale location!!
