After trying out a couple of SEO companies in NYC and not getting results we were promised to get we decided to change the attitude be less sensitive about price, and more sensitive about RESULTS. Giant Owl came up first on the web search, which means their SEO work. They delivered what they promised, and more. We are aware that SEO is a long process, and it takes time. They seem to know their job and built a good relationship with them. If you care for results, Frank is your guy.

Absolutely rude via email for some SEO for my small business. I asked them to contact me via email since I'm not around a phone much (I work with patients). They replied 'we cant help you'. Very terse and very rude. Pretty ironic given their business is over the internet!
