Feedback:

Fully paid. $7000. Never delivered finished product. They finally sent a proof of our wedding book 7 years late and it didn't even have a pic of my parents in it when asked about it they went silent. Time to sue!

Feedback:

Robert and Natalie from Glass Slipper Photo & Video were assigned as our videographers for our wedding that took place on October 11, 2013 at the Bank Street Annex. To say that they were amazing would be the understatement of the year. Truth be told, I was trying my absolute hardest to make this day as perfect and stress free for my future wife, but of course something had to go wrong even on our special day. The photographer who was assigned to our wedding was a really nice guy and would be great at doing long engagement shoots where he could set up every shot and take his time with them but as a wedding photographer he was awful. He completely missed my wife getting ready when I personally told him to go over to the room and shoot her and the bridesmaids getting ready and if that wasn't bad enough he didn't get any shots with our families and probably even screwed up the most important shot of all, me seeing my wife for the first time. It wasn't long into our cocktail hour when Natalie and Robert came up to us and very professionally told us that our photographer was quickly ruining our wedding and missing so many key shots. Natalie was 100% right and I was glad that someone else besides myself was aware of this. What made Natalie and Robert even more amazing was that they actually stepped in and saved the day just because they didn't want us to not have amazing photos to resemble our special day.It was clear to me that Natalie knew just how important this day was to us and decided to take her backup Nikon camera (sorry I am a technology geek) that she brought along with her and save our wedding from a photographer who had no idea how to shoot a wedding. Natalie quickly organized several shots that were both artistic and creative and she did so in a drop of a hat. She got a ton of pictures that the assigned photographer clearly missed. She didn't need any direction in how to set up the shots and most importantly she just captured the moments on the fly, while the other guy, kept interrupting me and asking me what he should do next. Honestly, by the time the night ended, I wish I didn't have to pay the vendors at the beginning of the night because I would have seriously given Robert and Natalie almost all of it. I can't praise them enough and they were just incredibly professional, personable, and creative. I would without a doubt highly recommend them because they are great to work with and know that on that day the only people who matter are you. I can't stress this enough that they were wonderful in every sense of the word and if you are looking for a wedding videographer, photographer, or both, I wouldn't hesitate to book them because they will capture your day perfectly.
