Overall Feedback:

They may be a great SEO Agency - have never worked with them - they contacted me in May to 'ask questions about my business' I explained we do not entertain SEO and was asked the reason why which we confirmed - then 6 weeks later we get a 'chaser' from them insuating that we hadnt responded and taken them up on their offer! In the sales environment it is difficult and appreciate its a tough job but maybe updating your own database with responses may help you target and tailor the right prospects in the future
