Worked with our rep on multiple projects for our clinics. He was very responsive and carried excellent communication skills. Unfortunately, he moved on last November. I was directed to Joshua, he was rude, arrogant, and no follow through. Gave me a verbal quote, then came back 2.5x higher! Made excuse and blamed ownership. I’ll take our future business elsewhere.

This is one of the worse sign company I have dealt with in a long time. Their cost to manufacture any signs are outrageously pricey, and the wait time is 3 - 4 months out. Their Sales team fails to get back to you in a promptly manner. And it looks like all they care about is reaping money off from their customers. I'm better off taking my request to someone else.

Sent in all my info and what i needed done for a broken sign to get fixed. Josh said he would get a quote done for me in a day. 3 weeks later i have been trying to get a hold of josh and waiting for a reply for a quote and just TODAY they tell me there is a $300 fee for a quote because of it being an insurance claim. Jeez wish you guys could have told me sooner so i could have my sign done quicker rather than avoiding me, being ill and out of the office. What a waste of time and no one from graphic house is offering to fix the problem!!!!!

I used Graphic House for a few signs to hang on project fencing. The ordering process was simple. The signs turned out exactly like the proofs, and I received them a week later. The service as excellent.

We have utilized the services of Graphic House for two internal projects; once in 2015 and again in 2018. Graphic House provided us exactly what we were looking for in completing our projects as presented to them. The sales team, graphic designer and installers were focused on our immediate needs; professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Graphic House will be our preferred supplier and business partner in future projects.

We used Graphic House last year for two of our buildings. Our marketing department is based out of Oklahoma City, and Andy from graphic house met our marketing director hours away to plan the projects! He was extremely through and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Of course, the signs look phenomenal!I wouldn’t hesitate to use Graphic House again for any signage needs in the future.

This team continues to deliver for us! Polar Vortex - no problem. This crew still managed to get our signage installed during sub-zero temperatures to ensure that our signage was up in-line with a merger. We are so happy with this company. Great quality, reliable, and solid customer service!

I was extremely pleased with Graphic House and how they worked with us to supply all of the signage for our new school and child care center. The quality of their work was exceptional, but it was their communication and efforts to make sure we were getting just what we wanted that really impressed me. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
