I have hired Greenbanana's team to help with my digital marketing campaigns including SEO and social media. They are professional, experts in their field, and really help you craft a digital campaign based on what your objective is. As a senior marketing executive and for my consulting clients, they made my job easy and I didn't have to hire a full time digital person to do what they do, and their services are a fraction of what a FT staff member would cost. And results are forthcoming and substantial. I also asked if they would handle my digital marketing for my philanthropic work I do pro bono. I serve as the chair person of the marketing and publicity for St. Spyridon Greek Cathedral's Grecian Festival every 2 years, and have been doing this for the last 14 years. This year we launched the digital marketing campaign that we had never done before. I asked Kevin Roy if he could help me with my limited budget and he did the entire campaign pro gratis. Wow, that's professionalism if you ask me. PS. The digital campaign in the 30-day window, resulted in over 120,000 views of our event page on Facebook, vs organic reach of 12,000 previously, and was one of the best festivals the Cathedral had since it's inauguration 40 years ago. This company is horrible. Their presentation looked very nice before they got the contract. They don't pay attention to small guys. It will be done automatically, not by manually. They don'r care about individual need or strategy. The only thing they care is money!

I have had variable experiences with this company, it started out great with monthly check-ins. Then they stopped being proactive on the check-ins so I would reach out to see what was going on. Then they changed my rep 3 or 4 times- each time the person knew less and was less knowledgeable about my company's needs. This Spring I asked to speak with the management team to provide my feedback and they told me they were busy and no one ever followed-up to respond to my concerns with our business relationship. I reached out recently to terminate our business relationship and all that they wrote back was "it's a 30 day cancellation policy", with no one seeming to care at all. I guess my business was not important enough to them.
