I applied for a job here a few months ago, and they immediately called me back asking when I could interview. I asked for a little more detail about the actual job description, but they only repeated certain phrases like "sales, growth, and leadership opportunities", and refused to tell me anything about what I'd actually be doing, except that it would involve talking to customers in a face to face environment. That was red flag number one. In addition, the website doesn't say anything about what the company actually does, and all of the other reviews are generic and inauthentic sounding, using repeated buzzwords like "success" and "growth opportunity". If you seriously thinking about working here, let me save you some time: It's a pyramid scheme.

It's great working for a company that doesn't treat you as a number and wants you to succeed. Based on work ethic you can decide how quickly you want to advance through the company and how much money you want to make.

Here's the thing about Hagler & Associates: They genuinely care about their employees as individuals. My cousin worked for them for about a year until he had convinced me to apply, too. The CEO of the company actually donated money to a couple who lost their home from a fire! (Check their FB page.) Some people have said it is a pyramid scheme, but it's definitely not, it is just a very fast paced job that allows you to move up as long as you have the desire. They don't ask you to invest any money or anything, but it is definitely not a position for lazy people. I am working towards my next promotion and I could not be happier (or more financially stable), as you truly do receive based on the efforts you put in.
