Took the car to them because it kept shutting off on my wife, in traffic. They reprogrammed it because “it’s a common problem” with them. It did the same thing on the way home. So they took it again and replaced a sensor that their system told them may need replaced the first time they had it.... and still charged me for reprogramming it... even though that did nothing. They didn’t give me credit. And they didn’t offer me the option to get my sensor replaced in the first place. They just “fixed” what they thought was a common problem. My business with Hammett Ford has ceased. When I told them I was unhappy with their business because of this, they acted like they couldn’t care less.
