I have a home that was damaged during Michael and I can’t get anyone to call me back from Hannon. I have tried phone, email, and even LinkedIn. It has been over a week. You would think that your insurance company would be there during the greatest time of need or at least have some information online.

From the time you enter the door you are greeted with warm, sincere smiles. If you want to feel like you're visiting family you need to visit Hannon Insurance. We needed a Notary and they were very accommodating and gracious. If I lived in this area I would use them for all of my insurance needs..

My home was totally destroyed from Hurricane Michael. I called agency numerous times and no one ever called back. I finally got them on the phone and II asked to speak to my agent and was told he was on vacation., I had already left him several messages. I talked to one of the office people and was told I needed to call my insurance co. Bottom line they don’t care about their customers once you purchase insurance from them. Then las week I get an email asking if I wanted to renew my ins if my home was still standing. I would never recommend them.
