When I first called to get a quote on a new vehicle. I was put on hold for 7 minutes. It was a lady that answered, she was very disrespectful. After calling back and speaking with a gentleman, he gave me a quote. And I was very happy with the quote he gave me. Would recommend. But would have the female agent trained a little more before putting her on the phone..
