They do try to understand customer's business and specifics. James visited our office to discuss their services and to get an understanding of our business prior to building the website. Costs are reasonable. Changes to the website and updates are made quickly, often within minutes after our request. Any issues are also resolved very quickly. Very responsive and easily reachable via email or phone call. Technical things are explained patiently and in understandable manner.
