Was hounded to schedule a call for a few months. Call happened was told they would follow up with ideas/options and now its been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word from them since.

We have been with Hawke for 2.5 years. Amazing company with excellent service. We wouldn't be with any other company!

As a startup coming out of stealth mode in 2018, Hawke Media was instrumental in helping us formalize our digital marketing programs for paid search, SEO and content. The Hawke team, encompassing each of these areas, quickly accelerated the performance of these demand generation activities. We would certainly recommend Hawke for those companies who need help getting started, or existing brands to revisit current programs for effectiveness.

Hawke has been a fantastic business partner for Alterna's digital department.; I could not have asked for a better more supportive and responsive team. I am always impressed with what they are able to do in often times tight budgets and the exposure they have created for our brand in such a short amount of time. Thank you to their knowledge and ability we have grown our brand significantly across digital and web. I truly enjoy working with them and having them as an agency partner. They are not only talented but a much appreciated partner for this mighty little brand. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of great service and talent.

Their audit was great, but as the engagement progressed, they acted like an external agency without much accountability for the results and we weren’t able to leverage them to move the needle for us. If you need basic strategy advice, they might be a great fit for your needs. If you need them to execute or manage any projects, I would look elsewhere. Additionally, they charged us $6000 for for the following month’s services, 8 days after disengaging with them. Essentially we paid for 38 days worth of services that we never were able to use due to fine print in the contract. When they stated that we needed to provide 10 days notice, we then asked Hawke if we could use the extra month of services that we paid for and we got no reply after multiple attempts. We left on good terms initially, but the accounting department kept the $6000 of unused time, which is a big deal as a small business. Buyer beware.UPDATE 8/26: Hawke's customer success team reached out to me regarding this review to see what they could do to get me to change the review.
