I will not even give one star. i had to click one but not because i wanted to.we have been to this same business for the last 3 years in this location. second name it has been under and every time we come its a different accountant. this time the accountant was very rude and arrogant. He made us feel as if we were nothing and kept complaining about how we were taking his time up although we waited in the lobby for him for 45 minutes while we could over hear him talking with the client before us about fishing and hunting. we were never made to be a priority only a burden. i would not recommend them to anyone. very classless. i should not have cried twice while doing my personal taxes by being made to feel as if i was a burden!!i was told to bring my taxes by days prior so he (chris) could work on this prior so he wouldnt have to waste his time again..my husband has a lawn care business who had everything laid out for this man.Never again. also have a friend who used him days before and has yet to get his taxes back due to the fact they put in the wrong account number. Happened last year. he brushed it off and wanted to give them a second chance and once again they messed it up!!! FYI!! take your business elsewhere you will not regret it.i will never be back.
