A good local hospital that is run by Heritage Valley Health systems. Spent the day in the ER and the doctors and the nurses were very friendly and professional. I would recommend it for adult care. If you have a small child who needs care, take them straight to UPMC Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Horrible place. They killed my father... Literally, they drugged him with morphine, doubling the dose every hour, until he died...because that's what hospice does... "Compassionately" kill your doomed loved ones... Except my father's tumor though inoperable, was not cancerous and feeding him would have saved his life...no they drugged him instead and let him starve and OD. Yet my fiance who has been coming here for year now for chronic kidney stones can't get more than a Tylenol prescribed even while shes on a bed screaming in pain...really...go to Pittsburgh UPMC if you can... that's where they lifeflight their own patients anyway. ER doctors here are a massive joke...

Went to er they at least gave me a shot and something for pain went back for anything to help me and was shut down didnt help at all cant work won't sign papers for sick and accident still have to use what vacation i have left i just hate doctors

Been here with sister they can't see anything wrong bit she is in tears and pain... let not keep her and run tests, no.... we will get you out of here and let you follow up with someone. I hate this place

Completely ridiculous. Would never go to their Emergency room. They do not know how to deal with children at ALL.

My mom is currently at Kindred hospital. When she first went in they didn't think she'd make it 48hrs. 3 weeks later she's doing amazing. She's had health issues that nobody could figure out for almost a year and her own family physician failed her with a misdiagnosis. The care team worked together and figured out her problems. The doctors, nurses and other staff are amazing and my mom couldn't have been sent to a better, clean and caring facility. We are always asked if we need anything and the food as well is good. We have more time with my mom thanks to Kindred Hospital and for that I'm grateful. I highly recommend Kindred to everyone, you won't be disappointedâ¤
