On Day 3 of a 10 day visit to HHI, my laptop crashed with messages I had never seen before. The data on the laptop was critical, so I had two choices; cancel our trip and return home for my backup copies , or find someone to save me here at HHI. I found HHI Computer Guys on-line and made a quick call. My hope was that they would be able perform the impossible and breathe life back into a dead laptop, but realistically I didn't expect much. Wow, was I surprised. Scott not only saved all the data on the disk drive, but was able to restore the operating system as well. In less than a day, I had every function restored and working on a new disk drive in my old laptop. These guys know their stuff. If you need help, look no further. HHI Computer Guys are the answer.

Scott and the team over at HHI Computer Guys is without a doubt the best technical / computer repair company in the area! I've used them multiple times for both PC and Mac issues, and every time they have been quick, easy to work with, and fair in price. Scott is extremely knowledgeable about a lot of technical avenues and is relatable, listens well, and does a great job of explaining overly technical issues in a way that you can understand regardless of your personal knowledge. I've worked with both big box and boutique tech support companies in the past, and the best experience I've ever had with either is with HHI Computer Guys. If you need anything tech support related, I highly recommend giving HHI Computer Guys a call first to see if they can help you out.

We relocated our office and Computer Guys quote for doing the relocation as well as upgrading our network equipment was extremely reasonable. The night of the move everything went seamlessly for the work HHI Computer Guys had done. The service provider had some issues, totally unrelated to HHI Computer Guys, but Scott still came over to sort out the other vendors problems. Scott and his team are great folks. Big or small job, Scott and his team can and will handle it.
