I received a cold-call from Hibu after trying to update our business information on Bing. After listening to their sales pitch for a few minutes I said "all I was trying to do was update my information on Bing." He responded saying that is "pointless" and I said well then I don't think you can help me. He hung-up on me. Naturally, I was irritated by this so I contacted Hibu customer support to let them know what had just happened to me - again - this was an unsolicited sales call. When I told them what happened, they responded "why would you message us this?" and ended the chat. I saved screenshots and wish I could post them on here. Absolutely terrible sales and customer service. I wouldn't think of doing business with them.

I have always had a good experience with Hibu. My business was failing until my rep walked in the door. She explained to me how everything works. If I ever noticed something wasn’t going well all I had to do was reach out to my on-boarding rep. I see a lot of bad reviews. But Honestly, if I had a business with over a million clients, I am sure that I would get a few bad reviews for mistakes too. Not saying right or wrong. Just saying that they have been great for me. Actually grew my business more within the last few months than it has grown in a whole year. SO they have my vote.

This company is useless. Once we realized that they were not providing any useful services or holding up their end of the deal, we called in August to cancel. We paid the remaining bill of $362.31. The following month we received another bill for $34.00. We called again to dispute the bill and were told that we needed to talk to the Cancellation department. She then refused to put us through to the cancellation department. After 30 minutes we finally just hung up and called back to get someone else. The next individual drug her feet on getting us through to the cancellation dept but after 15 minutes we finally were forwarded through. The cancellation person was pleasant. She managed to get rid of the past due amount and apologized for the inconvenience.
