Steve is an awesome guy. He's good at explaining and patient. He gave me a valuable session reviewing my Google properties and provided some good advice. I also saw him speak at an event and the information is incredibly useful. We will be implementing some of his ideas. If there's one thing I can say about Steve is the fact that you must take his advice and follow through with it. So many people get good advice but don't really value it.
