Carla, our caregiver, was both attentive and engaging to my brother-in-law. The administration of the company was also terrific to deal with. They made the whole process very easy and seamless. From the first phone call to staff interaction;we were very pleased.We transitioned my Mother in law from her home to an Assisted Living facility.Home Care Assistance provided us with a venue to offer her 24/7 care and safety until relocating into the Memory Care Unit today.We offer without any hesitation an excellent recommendation when in need of care for your loved one.

My siblings and I have been using Home Care for our 99 year old father for almost 2 years. Mersades has been with us the whole time as our afternoon aide and she is like a part of the family. All the Aides have been wonderful. LaTara and Mark have been great in making sure we have everything we need. Even when I give them short notice for extra shifts. (smile)
