Although we didn't know JoAn personally, we knew of her reputation - honest, knowledgeable, and ethical. This was the 6th house we had sold and JoAn was the most ethical realtor we had ever had. She and her staff went the extra mile on every aspect of the sale and sold our house in 1 day. Even after closing they were available to us for anything we might need. Very unprofessional company. Rude staff, they made us feel like we were in the wrong several times. Even after we had gave them our business, we were still treated like dirt. I would not trust them & we definitely regret giving them our business.
