They don't deserve 1 star.... but, you have to give 1 star to rate. Husband went to Brock Mitchell, (May 2017) for bankruptcy... I was not aware. Thank goodness, my husband had issues with the paperwork, as he couldn't get help at the office. I got involved in November (6 Months later) when we started losing our property to Repo. Brock Mitchell pursued this bankruptcy for 6 months on a Mr. & Mrs. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, APPROVAL, OR EVEN A SIGNATURE. So, I got involved and dealt with Holly Brocks assistant. She wanted me to start the paperwork and just fill in the blanks my husband couldn't, and she said she would E-mail our whole File to me so I would know what I needed to fill out. SHE SENT ME SOMEBODY ELSE'S FILE. I HELD IN MY HANDS ALL THE PRIVATE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THIS STRANGER. TOTAL RED FLAG..... The 1st time I met Brock Mitchell, My husband and I were in a meeting with Brock Mitchell and Holly, His assistant. He was so rude and demeaning by Suggesting we didn't make enough money. During this meeting I confronted Brock about approaching this bankruptcy without my knowledge, And he became very defensive, he also inform me by me being there in his office that was his permission to file bankruptcy in my name. He also said he didn't me my signature on any papers. At this time he did not have my signature on any papers. Brock and Holly assured us That we would be Their next case. They gave us a list of paperwork to collect, and this drug out for the next 2 months. I had to do all the Kelley Blue Book values on all of our personal property. We carried Current and updated paystubs every week For the next 8 weeks, without a court date being provided to us. I finally contacted Hornthal , Just to find out that he was no help what so ever. I took matters into my own hands, and found that fifteen thousand would get us out of dept.Another Red Flag....why file bankruptcy on fifteen thousand???I then fired Brock and his assistant. Borrowed money to pay debtors. And so glad there is no bankruptcy on our financial reports
