Our business was not happy with the 2+ year engagement with Human Marketing ($400k+ of professional services billed or about $25k/mo near end). Human Marketing seemed more focused on driving up billable hours, learning Hubspot on our time, and adding Jr. staff…then delivering reasonable business results to their customers. When our firm challenged them on $7k of project management fees (while providing a poor PM experience) and asked for details of their billable time (vs consolidated invoices they provided), they abruptly ended the engagement without providing the requested information.In addition, we we’re billed for tens of thousands of items they never completed or delivered.
