DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! PLACED ALOT OF ORDERS BUT SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG. THEY HAVE MESSED UP THE LAST TWO ORDERS. I RECEIVED A QUARTER OF MY LAST ORDER AND WAS CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT, I SENT AN EMAIL WAS TOLD THE REST WOULD BE SENT A WEEK LATER. DID NOT RECIEVE THE COMPLETED ORDER ,CALLED 4 TIMES LM NEVER A CALL BACK SENT EMAILS NEVER A REPLY ONLY THE FIRST ONE BUT AFTER THAT NOYHING.WHEN CALLING ONLY A RECORDER. THERE IS NOT A LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR LEFT MESSAGES OR EMAILS.IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOUR SH T OUT OF LUCK. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER. THE WAY THEY RESPOND IM SURE THEY DONOT LOOK AT THE GOOGLE REVIEWS TO IMPROVE THEIR BUSINESS ON LINE

I ordered a 3 Gallon container of my family's favorite - Superman ice-cream. It was $69, and with shipping, it cost a whopping $89! Their disclaimer says they will ship it with enough dry ice that the ice cream will be frozen well into the evening of the delivery night. Well, that is NOT what I got. I got a melted piled of milk and sugar. The box was sagging from all the moisture. There were two empty bags of what was probably regular ice, not dry ice. Water was at the bottom of the styrofoam they used as a so-called cooler. When I lifted the container, it disintegrated because the cardboard type material was so fully of moisture. The lid just wiped off like wet paper. Ice cream all over my floor! It was horrible. DO NOT order anything from these people!!

Wow! I just used The Ice Cream Source to send ice cream to my mother instead of traditional flowers for Mother's Day and we were both blown away! The ice cream came nicely packaged in a little cooler filled with ice. My mother said the ice cream was hard as a rock when it got to her! This was wonderful news as I was worried about shipping it to Florida during the 90 degree Spring/Summer days. They were also so incredibly kind to add a special mother's day note in the order that I had asked for in the comments section at checkout. My hopes were low that they would actually include the note, but when I saw that they did I was overjoyed! The shipping was also extremely fast and came on the exact day I was hoping for! I can't say enough great things about this company! The Ice Cream Source will be my new go to for sending gifts! Thank you so much Ice Cream Source for making my mom's Mother's Day so special!
