Attention to detail and customer service are lacking. I gave two explicit instructions for my item to be laser engraved; they messed up both requests. They did not give me a quote like I requested and didn't give me a turnaround time until I asked at least 2-3 times. There seems to be a disconnect with the people who work there. The quality of work was nice, but it's not worth the sacrifice of not getting what you asked for. They still tried to charge me full price after I pointed out both mistakes (engraving done upside down on item, capitalization incorrect).
