We were a client for about 4 years. We had very high turnover with account representatives. When we started looking at similar call management software we found them to be much much cheaper and simpler to use. When we tried to leave they said I had signed a year contract and I would have to continue to pay. In small type, they had changed this year's electronic signature contract to make it an annual commitment. They must be losing a lot of business to take such desperate measures. I would highly recommend not using this company!!

We've been customers of Dialogtech since 2015, but have recently discovered that Dialogtech is not a trustworthy company that cares much about customer longevity, repeat, or word of mouth business.We recently decided to switch to a different call routing and tracking service that better served our needs for call routing. In the process, we discovered what kind of business Dialogtech really is as they had sent a fun little "switch of the contract" to us the year prior which only allows us to cancel at the year renewal point after years of having the option to send written cancellation within 30 days on a month by month basis. This change was not something our account rep informed us of when the contract change was made. Speaking of account rep...we haven't had one for 5 months since our last one quit.In response to our concerns about Dialogtech sneaking that change into the contract, the representative we spoke to stated: "we pride ourselves on being a transparent company." and that he would like to "help us find value in the product for the duration of the contract." Hard to find value in a product you're not using anymore. Now we get to pay 5 more months of a service we aren't using. Sure, we signed the latest contract. That was our mistake. You don't know what you don't know, and unfortunately, we didn't know that we were working with a company that likes to deceptively rope clients into year long contracts after years of being on month to month plans with no mention of the change. We thought they were trustworthy. A good way to avoid this type of thing happening to you is to not work with Dialogtech. I'm surprised that Dialogtech hasn't caught onto the idea that allowing cancellations from long-term clients for reasonable reasons may actually be good for your business in the long run. We like to leave companies in a peaceable manner and even recommend some businesses we don't work with anymore, but I guess we will just have to share our transparent review with other looking into Dialogtech's "services" from here on out.

In checking around with different companies that offer the same type of services as Dialog Tech, pricing is close to the same but what made a big difference in our eyes was the service that we received from their rep, Devin Foreman. After he had our account he even worked harder to make sure we were getting the service that he promised. He worked so quickly that we were able to start our first launch within days of signing up. We couldn't be more pleased with Devin's performance.

In my 17 years in software development, DialogTech has the most positive working environment I've ever been a part of. The environment is a great place to thrive and to push yourself to grow yourself professionally. The people here are also very passionate about providing the best service to our customers and take customer concerns very seriously. We also work very hard to build innovative tools, to provide the most powerful marketing analytics platform for the success of the customers who rely on us.

fraudulent accessing my credit cards to pull money on in- authorized transactions / how did this company I've never heard of get my CC info ?? Stole $168.00 on 6/04/2018 , un-trustworthy company DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM

You should be ashamed of the incompetence that exists in your customer service department. Our agency has been a partner for nearly a decade. We've been trying to cancel since November, and somehow there is still no "record" of this, even with multiple, and when I say multiple I mean up to 5 separate phone calls with your so-called support staff. We are not under any contract nor have been for years. But somehow you are still trying to charge us over $500 a month until after March. As someone who regularly recommends different software to use for call tracking and digital marketing, you can be sure, I have no interest in recommending the crooks at your establishment.

After 4 years of being a customer, they decided to raise their rates to $125 per account. It used to be like $10 plus phone time. I had several accounts and changed them all to Call Rail. After giving a 90 day cancellation notice by phone, they are still charging me for 2 months per their contract. Well Mongoose Metrics became Dialog Tech. No one even bothered to switch me over to the new service. BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY NEEDS A 60 DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE, EVEN THOUGH IT'S A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The picture uploaded below should accurately depict the companies current ethical standards.

Service Okay . they raised there prices from $60 when i first started to over $140 until i cancelled. other services out there for less money. they also make it hard to cancel.

This company is a scam. My former employer was a client for 10 years of Mongoose Metrics. When they were purchased by Dialogtech in late 2017, Dialogtech lost all of our tracking data, jacked up our rates to 800% over the competition, and tried to lock us into a year long contract for services not yet provided. Their interface is clunky, lacks documentation, and functionality. Their customer support is rude and unhelpful. When we tried to cancel, they threatened us, and held our tracking numbers ransom (again, numbers we've held for 10+ years). The customer's always wrong, I guess... Do not, under any circumstances engage in business with DialogTech.
