Switching our online ads over to iFocus was one of the best things we did for online advertising at Tony's Market. We were able to see actual results (drives) from our online advertising efforts. Measurable ROI just doesn't exist in the online advertising world, but iFocus is able to make it happen. The level of attention from the team is outstanding. These guys don't disappear after you write a check. They were always accessible for questions, and continually worked to optimize our campaigns to get the most from our online advertising dollars. The biggest mistake a business can make when it comes to partnering up with digital marketing vendor - is thinking that "ok, we're signed up, I have paid you, where are my results?!" - Nothing works like that. It requires communication and patience. iFocus is not an expert in your industry - YOU ARE! iFocus is an expert on how take what you know and what you do, and put in front of an audience in ways you cannot. 20 years of experience in my industry and not one other digital marketer ever has made it so easy to communicate and have had the patience to understand my needs and provide fresh current methods of making sure I show up in front of whoever I need to so that my targeted audience can't help but to think of me! Until you sign up with iFocus - be very comfortable with whatever results you are getting now, because it isn't going to get any better without them!
