I can’t thank Image East Video enough for my tapes transferred to dvds. I wasn’t sure what to expect since these are my first videos transferred. We watched some of the videos tonight and this is the best gift ever! They are priceless! Great quality videos, all of them were labeled (I had my tapes labeled so he was able to label the dvds) They made sure to combine as many tapes onto 1 dvd to help save me some money. These are great people doing amazing work! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone! THANK YOU & GOD BLESS! Jessica ☺️😃

Derek at Image East Video could not have done a more perfect job with the slides we had him transfer to USB thumb drive from our carousels. He is very courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Just quality service before, during, and after our orders were placed.

I had Derek Billingsley at Image East do a DVD of a once-in-a lifetime trip; and to get it as accurate as i was describing to him, Derek suggested i come sit-in with him as he did it. He worked over every detail perfectly and with great attentive patience. Where in this day & time do you get such amazing customer service?! And the DVD came out PERFECT! The video had chapters, titles. editing, and even captions. Because the price was lower than expected, i almost felt guilty------SUPER place with excellent capabilities! They do it all. I learned about Image East from a radio ad and found out it is well worth the drive from Spartanburg. Derek did a masterful job of creating a photo montage for a special occasion. He went above and beyond in his efforts. The result was perfection! It is a true treasure. I highly recommend Derek and Image East!

Did a good job on the videos, hard to get in touch with. Has hours of operation posted online and in window but this is more of a suggestion than actual business hours. Went four different days trying to pick up videos, waited half hour to hour after they where supposed to be open for anyone to show up. Videos where not ready when promised, took two extra weeks to be finished.

Derek , at Image East , not only produced the EXACT memorial video of my husband that i wanted , but was in touch with me throughout the process , which was quick and professional, ,,,he did 215 photos. 3 songs , 10 copies ,,,and threw in compassion , understanding. A few hugs and extra dvds ,,,,,this Business is AWESOME !!!!! THANKS AGAIN TO DERRICK !!!!
