We evaluated several firms for our major platform build with a web interface. The underlying database driving our products are complex financial calculations from clients. Imaginovation built the relational database, the client web platform interface as well as our internal control and accounting web platform. Our process maps are intense, detailed, and large. The project management team at Imaginovations took the time to understand our overall, unique business model and translate that into a well-controlled build process. Imaginovations’ senior management stayed involved and ensured delivery of a great project. I was particularly impressed with their team’s problem solving and responsiveness. This is the biggest technical expansion in our company’s history and we are using Imaginovations to continue their partnership with us as we grow further.

I planned on doing a website that I and local law enforcement believe, would help combat the opioid epidemic (now the leading cause of death in persons under 50 years old) in the United States; which killed around 60,000 Americans in 2016 alone. I contacted Imaginovation, and the owner and sales contact kept setting me up for meetings with the owner, and then over and over cancelled and rescheduled. They led me on for multiple weeks, and then stopped returning my phone calls all together. They made me look very stupid to the people I raised money from. I am very disappointed as they seem to be able to make great websites.

I own a taxi company called RDU Airport Taxi, I came to Imaginovation to fix my web application that pretty much runs our day to day operations, and they were incredibly helpful, highly responsive, and did a wonderful job with assisting with this website and application. So this is our fourth web design/support company we've worked with. Separated from the first due our agreeing that the scope of his skills could not encompass what we needed, as we had grown. Left the second when they just kept charging for fixes that they didn't/couldn't fix. Third try we thought would be the charm, but alas, no. The third company had the tech skills but lacked responsiveness and general social skills to work collaboratively. With Imaginovation, we feel like we've hit the jackpot! Tech skills, that's a big yes. Responsiveness: usually within minutes of contact, and if my message is marked "urgent" I get an actual phone call within minutes. Caring/collaboration: This team has sat down with us multiple times, learned our business on a deep level, and is working with us to continue to grow exponentially. We feel VERY fortunate to have formed this relationship with Imaginovation and look forward to many more years of success with them as partners.
