Feedback:

I'm an executive assistant & the owner of the company selected Impact Signs to create our lobby sign. This has been a terrible experience for me as the point of contact. Phone call and email communication is extremely poor. We are now working on a 3rd attempt for them to send us our lobby sign that is not defective in some way or missing parts. I would never recommend them to anyone I work for in the future. Currently still waiting on a follow-up from them so figured I'd post a review with all the time I have while I continue to wait to hear back from them at their convenience.

Feedback:

Impact Signs did what I asked of them and they did what they said they would do. It's hard to place a value on honoring someone or a group of people and doing it magnificently. Impact Signs did just that. The level of their artistry and the quality of their workmanship was superb. The communication with the creative staff and artists was superb and most comforting. Customers do have a their anxious moments and Impact Signs tended well to mine. Bravo!

I really wanted to like this place. My very first encounter was positive and great! However, they ended up not returning my phone calls or emails and I hadn't heard from them at all. I ultimately had to find another sign company to work with. Added a lot more stress than i needed.

The sign is beautiful, durable and elegant. We are very pleased! The whole process was seamless! We were able to get a preview of the sign before it was produced, and then got multiple updates on its progress. When the sign was finished, we got accurate updates on its delivery. We would not hesitate to use Impact Corporate Signs again - excellent, wonderful job - great customer service - beautiful result - everything we could hope for! Thank you!

Best experience both online (when needing a quote fast) and personal service. This is the first time we've used Impact Signs, we found them on the web. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process.

I will never work with them again. This company did not communicate well, often sending the same email 4 or more times in a row. They promised to send a follow-up email within 2-3 days and a week later I had to be the one to contact them to check on the status. Really felt like all emails were automated and could not get to an actual person. They also charge $250 just to see a proof and will charge extra for any edits which I have never heard of, all other sign companies I work with show and edit the proof for free. For the remaining of the payment I had to go through our company PO process which can take some time, I made them aware of this yet they still sent me reminder emails DAILY to complete the payment. The changes I asked them to make on the proof had to be communicated to them multiple times as they did not correct it the first or second time it was mentioned. All of this and their delays made myself and my company seem unprofessional to our donor.

Requested a quote on 9/22. Received an instant template email reply reviewing the details of request and in the email it says, "We will reply in 1-2 business days with your quote"...Well it is now two weeks later and I have not heard back from them WHATSOEVER. I decided to call and they quickly pulled up my email request for a quote. The man said I'd have a quote within the half hour. Well it is now the end of the day (4 hours later) and I have received NOTHING. I even tried calling back and there is no answer and every option to a person's name is either disconnected or goes to vm. If this is how you treat potential new customers I'd hate to see how you treat existing customers... WOW. Don't waste your time people.

This company I can completely agree has horrible customer service. After extensive research and planning I decided to go with them as they had a great website and reviews on google and after emailing them to see if I could have a plaque made by a certain deadline, they assured me that it would be possible. A couple of weeks before it was supposed to be shipped I asked them if I were to make a couple wording changes if I could still have it by my deadline. I sent them my changes and NEVER heard that the shipping date had actually changed after again reminding Jeff I needed it by a certain deadline and I would not go through with the changes if it delayed the shipment. I called the week prior to needing it only to be utterly disappointed. Jeff answered my phone call twice only with a response he would look into it and get back to me. After a few hours passed, I tried calling again and he never answered my call from then on and the only communication was through email. The week before we needed after months of planning, to get this made for a remembrance ceremony in honor of a gentleman who lost his life, I felt distraught when in emails at that time he told me it was impossible to get it done by the time but "not to worry!" because they had a "mock plaque" that many people get when their plaque isn't done in time.... Since he told me this was my only option at this point I had to go through with it, but it gets even better, I had to pay $225 for the piece of cardboard!! I will never recommend this company to anyone, as I've never even gotten an apology, they just argued with me, the customer.

Used ImpactSigns for two major signage needs (etched glass 36"x30") and plan to use them for any other jobs like this in the future. Jesus Perez was always responsive and went above and beyond the line of duty to help expedite a shipping date at no extra cost. Would highly recommend ImpactSigns to anyone looking for professionally produced signage
