Chris was sufficiently balanced between patience on the one hand as our internal plans developed, and proactive engagement on the other hand as our need for information occurred. He waited for our agency to understand what we really needed/wanted and then provided answers to questions and tangible quotes to direct us in our final choice. In essence, it was his persona overseeing the process without seeking to influence the outcome that made it a very pleasant 5 star experience.

Working with Dannell and Jason has quite possibly been the easiest experience I've had with direct mail. Dannell is a list ninja and is QUICK! She doesn't hesitate to pick up the phone and asks the right questions to know exactly what you need. Jason offers great advice on our designs and has been patient with any revisions. Also quick. This is the second time we have done a mailing with these two, but certainly won't be the last! High quality and customer service - what more could you want?
