This company has not responded to any of my emails or finished the project they started. I had to contact my bank and report it as fraud.

I totally understand the previous comment being myself in the same situation. Ingic is probably the worst company that I dealt with in my life. I had my contract with them in Dubai in September 2017 and the project was supposed to be delivered before Christmas 2017. It is June 2019 and no result! They even stop replying my emails. So for sure I do not recommend this company and surely will follow up the matter with higher authorities.

This company is the worst applications developer we have dealt with, we singed a contract with INGIC in Dubai Office on 20th of June 2018 to develop application for our market, we contacted Dubai Office and someone named Adam replied to us and said that we will be contacted by the sales from Dubai Office, a while after that the salesman contacted us and one of our team met with him, the sales man promised the his company will deliver the project with highest quality on time (110 business day from 20th of June) and made the promise that our application will be developed by US based team that’s why they are charging us extra (more than 40% more than the other companies) , however once he collected the first payment everything changed, they assign a project manager “Eric” who was very unprofessional and has very little knowledge about smart phone applications development, he replies to our emails after 20 days and he replies only when we complaint to Dubai office, after 2 months of delay they changed the project manager “Ronald” he wasn’t different than ”Eric”, after continues delay and resharing the same faulty work we decided to stop working with INGIC, then we were contacted by someone who introduce himself as the senior projects manager in Dubai Office, he invited on of our team to Dubai office and kept giving promises that the project will be handled in a better professional manner and will assign a project manager in Dubai office for better communications, based on that we decided to resume the project and made the second & Third payment, however the delays and failures continued which made it clear that this company lacks resources, knowledge & experience, we also found out that the development team is not based in the US, they are using American names “Eric, Ronald, Mike, Adam, Keith, Jordan” and when our team speak with they speak with Asian Accents and when I called US office asking for Keith they said he left the company and later someone called and said his name is Keith and he is calling from INGIC?? They can’t give work timeline and when we ask them repeatedly they send time line they never commit to it, after long time waiting they share the application ignoring many of our comments and feedback, they do 30% of the requested updates which is frustrating. Finally we heard that they are developing a similar application for our market and when our team asked them they denied it for one month and when we found the company they admit it and said our contract with you doesn’t state that we can’t develop a similar application for your market, we never asked for such a clause in the contract because we never expected a company to do so as it is unethical by industry standard, so INGIC will develop application for your direct competition in your market while delaying you project. Last week we sent them an email informing them that we decided to stop working with them and take the matter to Dubai courts they started to send updated versions of the project so they can claim that they delivered the project. Please avoid this company and be safe, this a company where Business comes to die.

I am a novel writer with more than 15 published and books. Being an old guy, I took a 5 year break from writing and finally decided to write my own biography upon my fan’s requests. I have a friend who suggested me to turn it into an e-book and get it published on Amazon and Kindle so more people can read and buy it. I liked the idea and went along with it. The same friend introduced INGIC to me as he has been dealing with these people for quite some time. All I had to do was forward them my things and they turned it into an e-book in less than a month with a gorgeous book cover design as a complement. I was very happy to see the electronic version of my book, everything was in perfect order, there was literally no error, and the design was stunning. I’d happily recommend INGIC for anyone who needs design services.

This is my second satisfied experience with INGIC and I couldn’t help post a positive review this time. INGIC created an e-commerce website for me a year ago which has been running very smoothly. My business started expanding and getting a customized mobile app for my store seemed like a necessity so I contacted INGIC again to help me out. They already knew everything my business so it was easy for me to explain my requirements. They took less than 3 months to build a native mobile app for my store which was nothing less than perfect. I can literally update all of my customers with any new discount or notice with a single touch. There were few technical errors during the process which were taken care of right away and the end result was extraordinary. I’m very satisfied with the app they created for me and I’d definitely contact INGIC again if I need their services again.

I came across Ingic’s Facebook page and was impressed with the quality of their work. I got my website developed from them and these guys are the best when it comes to web development. They delivered me everything right on time and were even open to criticism and did as many revisions as I wanted without any cost. The team at Ingic is very professional and they would never let you feel that you’ve hired a third party for your digital medium. They act as if they are your colleagues and would do everything to satisfy their customers. I’m very happy with them and will surely do more business with them.

Thankyou team Ingic. It was lovely working with you guys. You guys managed everything pretty well. My website traffic has shown a great improvement. I hired Ingic digital agency to plan a digital strategy for my business as I thought I was lacking in that area. I cannot believe how my bottom line increased this month. I received a lot of orders through social media platforms and a lot of customers even messaged me their queries regarding pricing and other things. I was pretty hesitant ordering something so important for my business online, but these guys have instigated my trust in online digital agencies. As digital marketing is the new in thing and everything needs to go digital, I wanted someone who could help my business go digital as I did not had enough digital knowledge. I was recommended Ingic by a lot of people so I thought of trying them. I told them what my business is and my target audience. I’m really impressed with their work. They made my company’s online presence on all social platforms. I get a lot of orders online now from my existing as well as new customers. I’m loving the whole digital experience as it is more convenient and hassle free.

INGIC is truly a life saver. Being the head of the IT department of a 5-star hotel, it is my job to take care of all things related to IT and software that my company needs. We decided to get a hotel management app to make or business processes efficient and easy and I was given the responsibility to get this task done within a span of 4 months which is reasonable enough for a deadline. Since we don’t have enough technical human resources to get the job done in-house, I decided to outsource my project to a freelancer from Fiverr. Sadly all that glitters is not gold and I got stuck with an unprofessional and irresponsible freelance mobile app developer who didn’t only waste my money, but my valuable time as well and left me with less than 2.5 months to get the app designed from scratch. I tried a couple of references but no one was agreeing to complete the app on such a tight deadline. I was getting cold feet until I stumbled upon INGIC’s promotional email and decided to give them a call out of desperation. Their staff was very cooperative, understood my problem and promised to deliver my work within the deadline. And they didn’t just meet the deadline, they beat it by a quarter mile. The mobile app was delivered to me in less than 65 days and it was a killer. The user-friendly interface and the detailed features were even better than what I had expected. They ensured prompt communication during the whole process and considered my feedback at every step of the way. The best part is, they didn’t even charge me any extra money for the expedited delivery of the project. I would’ve lost my job if it wasn’t for INGIC. I am definitely using their services again and recommending their agency to anyone in my circle seeking mobile app development services.
