We’ve been collaborating with Isadora Agency for years. Our initial engagement was to completely overhaul the Razor USA website and included adding an array of modern web design, web animation, and eCommerce features. All to amplify our brand’s transformation and create value through an all-new shopping experience. This was developed strategically and to be considerate of the needs of our retail partners.We were so happy with the final eCommerce enterprise website product, that we continued to work with Isadora Agency through their Ongoing Services program. That gave us a chance to continuously update the Razor website and optimize to increase both engagement and online conversion. I must admit that we kept this team quite busy, as we often provided a wide range of new product and support enhancement requests each month. The excellent service, attention to detail and overall sophistication was impressive and why we remained working with Isadora Agency for years.

I have nothing but great things to say about Isadora, Alex and the entire team at IDA. I worked directly with them for a website redesign project and they performed as advertised - designing a unique product specific to our business and brand. We hired them to get a fresh perspective and break out of the cookie-cutter style we were seeing everywhere from other competitors. They delivered on their promises and, best of all, were a joy to work with.

Worst decision ever. Isadora was rude and absolutely out of line with the way she handled situations and spoke to her clients. Everything was a constant battle and things that were clearly outlined in our contract was "Out of scope". We are featured on her homepage and 1/2 of the features they brag about completing don't work. If anything takes them longer than expected, trust me you will pay for it. Our website is under construction with another development company. Save yourself time, money, and an absolute nightmare and take your business elsewhere.Email me if you would like picture proof or screenshots of emails.

We asked Isadora Design to revamp our website and couldn't be happier with the results. Being a visual design company ourselves, we had a good idea of what we wanted our visual identity to be... they took our vision and ran with it. Throughout the process they were responsive and helpful. Even after just three weeks, we can see the improvement in our website metrics. I would wholeheartedly recommend Isadora Design to any company looking to upgrade their web presence.

Know that it's a flash design, and is not recommended for responsive applications. Their own website is not responsive. Nowadays you can't get by without having responsive websites. If you advertise in google or other places many people see your mobile site. Go check this website's mobile version. It's not enough it has a flash, which is a big no non o mobile, but it also is not responsive.
