I've been searching for rental homes for my family, and happened upon Barry Wolf @ Jarvis Realty. Although he had no listings that met my needs currently, he still gave me an extraordinary amount of time to explain the market to me, things to look for, pitfalls to watch out for, and the best platforms to search. He was simply amazing, and essentially gave me a free tutorial on the modern rental market (it's been 20 years since we rented), and how various issues are handled.Of all the agents (15+) that I've spoken with over the past few weeks, all were gracious, but Barry was simply on a another level. I rarely encounter such authentic, knowledgeable and clearly straight-up folks in the commercial sector. I'm an old guy, and learned long ago how to tell if someone is genuine -- Barry is the real deal. If at all possible, I will rent one of Barry's properties if I can, and regardless, I encourage anyone to give him a try. -- Gary

Super responsive whenever I called for minor repairs they were done quickly and correctly. I would encourage anyone looking for property either for sale or rent in the Douglas County area to contact Barry, you will be happy you did.
