We’ve been insured with J&J for the last three years. They’ve been so easy to work with. Every year, Lauren lets us know whether we could save money by switching to another company; and changes to our policy are always a quick email or call away. Hopefully we find another insurance broker with similar service as we move to a state that sadly J&J doesn’t cover.

LOST THOUSANDS OF $$$$. I had them write my home, rental home, and auto policy. They BY DEFAULT without asking me, wrote my rental property for actual cash value and not replacement value. When the storms destroyed my roof, I was only able to get a portion of the cost because they only paid cash value and not replacement cost. I was out of pocket for several thousand dollars a month. If they had wrote it for replacement cost, which only cost a couple dollars on the premium, I would have saved thousands. When I call him, he just said “sorry, there is noting I can do for you.” I would NOT recommend this kind of senselessness to ANYONE!
