What was the best part of the experience?

My call data all feeds into Google Analytics, meaning we have full transparency into how all our online and offline ads are performing. Better yet, we can see which search terms are driving calls and which we can stop wasting money on. This is the data we've needed for years!

What would you change about the experience?

I get the feeling these guys are swamped with customers. They are still very responsive, but I notice they have a lot on their plate, and it would be better if they scaled up their team more, which i guess they are doing.

Perfect call tracking system for agencies and any client doing a lot of advertising. It closes the loop on how each channel is performing, and provides this data into all major analytics platforms. It's brilliant.
