Jim said they could embroider the names of our coaches on the backs of some baseball caps I bought for end of year gifts. 2 came out perfect and the third was so far off it was ridiculous that they would even try to pass it off. I asked Jim to redo it and he told me it would be a week; no apology, no offer to make it right. I brought another blank hat to him and he did it and it is off as well. Never once did he apologize. He ruined 2 $30 hats, and I don't have anything that is presentable enough to give my coach. I would never return to this shop and I would never recommend them. The customer service and product was an enormous disappointment.
