I was recommended to go here and I am the least bit satisfied, and not sure why there are so many good reviews considering the ladies at the front desk NEVER smile when I go in and have some sort of attitude. My main reason for coming here was to get a T-shirt made and they got the sizing completely wrong. I asked for a 2T and the lady said "oh a youth xs should work". When I got it the shirt looked like it could have fit a 5/6 year old. Goes to show they want money instead of happy customers.

Have had lots of engraving work done here. They are always very professional, accurate, and thorough. Proofs that they send in advance are appreciated and match the product we receive.
