ALL AROUND THE BEST!! I have been dealing with Dave since 2015 and Bruce since 2016. Dave has done every shirt we have ever sold at KY’s Finest when we were in Radcliff and after we moved to Elizabethtown where we are currently located. I have gotten in pinches and called Dave at midnight for reorders. I have needed shirts at events such as the state fair and Glendale days and Dave has taken off from his work to deliver shirts to us wherever we needed them. Bruce also made and designed the sign that hung outside of our store in Radcliff. It’s hard to find current businesses that operate with old time values. I can say that about Dave & KY Design Company. They’ve always treated us at KY’s Finest with respect and accommodated us to make things perfect. Anyone that wouldn’t be satisfied with the work they receive from these guys would be a lack a communication to them. Because if you express what you want, you’ll always get it. And if you aren’t satisfied they will make it right.

Terrible customer support at least with my dealing with them. Will not call me back, wont respond to emails. Trying to spend over 800 with them but i guess that is not enough money for them to get back with me. Trying to get logos put on the back of my truck. I have called over 5 times and they say there is only one guy i can talk to and every time i call he is always out on a job. he also never calls back. Thanks Bruce!.....NOT!

Two years ago, I started my own business and KY Design Co. has been with me from the start. They have designed my logo, printed my apparel as well as making and installing my sign. Throughout our time together they have helped solidify my brand by giving creative solutions to the ever changing needs of my gym. Overall i have enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a personal touch on multiple aspects of marketing their brand.

Their sign Design skills are trash. Get initial consult on paper. Things verbally discussed during consult were not considered in design AT ALL. Customer service is trash. Great installation though. Quickly installed sign with no telephone number. Definitely should not assume basic info would be included. Customer satisfaction is not a priority. The check at time of installation is their only priority. Will never patronize on any level. Cost of total install: $2600 Lesson learned: Priceless

Have used Dave & his crew for years. They have done hundreds of custom shirts , hoodies , hats, cards , yard signs for us. So easy to work with. Very talented & creative. Excellent quality and service every time.
