I approached this company because I wanted to film a few webinar ads for our company.I was contacted by Stuart Steinberg, the owner of the company, and when I sent him videos of past work done by another company, he was appalled at the video production of this other company, and stated that the videos they produce are much more professional. I thought if I would pay more, I would get a very professional looking video that would showcase our work, and be able to let our audience really see what our business was really about and able to offer them.There were issues from the start. After paying the deposit for three 20-min webinar videos, and a video showcasing our work with a testimonial, it took a while for the producer to contact me. After we finally discussed what we do, and gave her access to our online learning platform, she produced a script, and sent me options for actors. This is the only reason why I am giving this company two stars, is because the producer did work hard on this script. The issue arose with the editing, lighting and camera work. It seemed that that editor had no idea what this webinar was all about. The lighting was dull and off white. The video editing seemed to be that of a high school student working with a free editing software. After months after the shoot, they produce the final video, and it is outdated now and awful looking.Needless to say that I cancelled the remaining shoots.Where this company was on time, every time is asking for money. After brining this up with Stuart and explaining my disappointment in the final video produced by his company, his explanation is to find blame in the client, and protect his assets, instead of working with the client to solve the issue.I do not recommend this company for video production or editing.***UPDATE*** I originally gave them 2 stars out of 5, but because of Stuarts egotistical response that the video is good enough and that he and his staff are professionals, and placing the blame on the client, I reduced it to 1 star. Please find a more professional company to deal with, that stands behind their work.
