I’ve been at this company for a little over a week and I just have to say, This company is HORRIBLE, just horrible. I wasn’t given proper training for my Final assembly job, they’ll just throw you on a job, give you a brief explanation on how to do it without actually showing you how it’s supposed to be done and expect you to know how to meet their standards. I Also Had one supervisor (Lindsay ) who would tell me to do things a certain way and then as soon as I was about to finish a job another supervisor ( tanner) would come and tell me I wasn’t doing it right and had to redo it. On top of all that I had a coworker( niko)come up to me yesterday to inform me that Lindsay had been throwing insults like, “he’s slow” behind my back. Well Of course I’m going to be slower if I’m not receiving proper training for the job, they fired me yesterday and told my temp that I “ wasnt Catching on fast enough”, maybe I’d catch on faster if your management didn’t suck so badly at teaching. I wouldn’t recommend using this companys services or working for them because they treat their staff like trash.
