Friendly, knowledgeable sales people. Greet you when you walk in and ask if you need any assistance. Able to answer your questions or find one for you. As far as building supplies, they carry many of the same items the box lumber stores do with little difference in pricing.

Good selection but the people are rude. Especially the pickers in the yard. If your not from here they don't treat you well. Moved here from out of state. The customer service needs a lot of work.
