I haven't shopped this Kmart in awhile but was looking for a pair of Women's sneakers I saw someone else wearing last week and decided to check their stock.Once I couldn't find them, I looked around and saw a cute pair of Eagles "chucks" and they were on sale plus a kmart members rewards coupon for a great price. Rob, some sort of leader at this store, wouldn't honor the coupon so, I headed to the Easton location to finish looking and their store offered better sales but the store is minimally staffed and a mess of sorts.The Wind Gap store was ultra organized and the workers were busy with pallet jack's full of stockready to display. Diane, manager, helped me recalculate the transaction and coupon that ROB refused to honor.Happy! THANKS, Kayla, cashiers, Diane, Rosalie.

I tried to return an item I had purchased two days prior and they said they couldn't give me a refund or store credit even though I provided the receipt.Update: After contacting customer service I was finally given my refund but they could only do it in cash.

Wish I could give 0 stars. One of the worst stores I've ever been to. Employees are SLOW, rude, just generally incompetent. There are never enough registers open and there's always a long wait. There's really nothing in stock compared to other kmarts. NEVER order online for store pick up!! They never have what I order, dont offer an alternative and again, it's a long drawn out unnecessary process! This store has gone to hel and needs to be shut down quite frankly. Put a Walmart or Target in its place. I think I will stick to Target.

This store itself is very nice . Clean and organized. I love the rewards program. I save a ton a money throughout the year. Staff here are friendly.

As a person who has worked under them, they're not the greatest store to be around, they chabge around the place too much so us employers have no idea where anything is half the time, and we are ran heavily low on stock guys so its even worse. Also not much to get or see here, except for the food
