Decided not to work with Knoxweb. Walking in I did not feel comfortable at all. The space was dim lit and I was greeted by two teenagers behind the front desk. When I explained why I was there the only response I got was “Not gonna happen bro.” Apparently my project wasn’t a priority to this company. When I asked to speak to whoever was in charge they told me I couldn’t see him. So all in all a bad experience

Do NOT go with these guys. I had them create a website, portal, and E book. The website always looked terrible, the portal is non-functioning, and the ebook wasn't readable. I had to have another company come in and fix everything. I have lost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.The BIGGEST issue I had with them was that they can be incredibly rude. Staff members snapped at me on the phone, and even had to apologize afterwards about their hostility, blaming it on "not having their morning coffee." They also lied on what they are working on. They said they were making a bunch of edits on the ebook, I waited over a week, and when they sent me back the ebook, it was the same one. I challenged them to point out the differences, and they couldn't. In the end they tried to paint me as a difficult customer - but I just wanted good work for all the money I was paying, and they couldn't do it. They just lack a good eye for design. There are so many more talented and honest web developers out there. Do yourself a favor and do not go with Knoxweb.

Took 1 year to create new website. We were switched to 3 different project mgrs. without notice. Most changes took weeks to complete. Wouldn’t return calls or answer emails. Once we went live service got much worse. Owner refused to speak by phone or in person with us about our issues. Buck does not stop with him. Steer clear of Knoxweb!

This company is terrible. I paid them an enormous amount of money for my son's website and have paid them monthly for over a year for hosting only to find our that the website is not even visible. I have contacted them three times and no one will respond. Going to the attorney general!

For the time it took for Knoxweb to finish my site, I was really amazed that they could get everything in there that I wanted. There were a few times that I had a hard time reaching the main person, but when I got faster response using my project manager, things flew along very quickly. I would recommend them and allow the project manager to do their jobs since they are readily available and able. Thanks for the great web service!

These guys are just fantastic in every way. The customer service is unbeatable. They apologize even if they get back to me within one hour of me contacting them unannounced. They also really care about your business. They'll get you the first page on Google, but they also want to see your website perform. I've had a lot of bad experiences with SEO companies in the past, so I'm extremely glad that I was able to find a good one. Thanks to Knoxweb guys.
