I disagree with comments saying this company is slow to communicate or communicate with about issues. From my experience with Knox Web, they only used American web developers, but they have an extremely high turn over rate with their employees. everything I had a change during the development of the website, I was sent to a new web developer. I was promised, by Kevin, a website that had one phone number for a local region I do business in and another local phone number for the Knoxville area. I only received the one website with the one phone number. I used Knox Web's services for two years in hopes of reaching successful organic results and being in the upper rankings of google. A friend who uses Knox Web recommended them to me. There website did not look the best, but they did get great results with the search engines.It never happened for me. I made my new website myself with Godaddy and I am on page 4 of google 3 months later. Cost as much for a year as two months of maintenance with Knox Web. DO NOT USE THEM FOR LOGO DESIGN!!! $300 for clip art that looks like it got ripped straight from the web.
