They have delivered 100% of nothing. Not a single report in 5 months. The only time I spoke with them since is when I called to complain about not having any idea what they are doing. At that time they promised to report and provide updates, etc. At that point, they went ghost again. I asked them to cancel on 9/1/18 and as of today 10/19/18 they have not done so and are still charging our card. I am trying to seek a 100% refund from them but getting in touch with anyone seems impossible. So I may actually have to have my lawyer send them a letter which is super lame not to mention an additional expense. Very disappointed that my company did not get the service that it appears others have gotten.
