Koroberi is a great agency that goes the extra mile for their clients! They work hard to ensure they deliver great work, stay on top of the latest in the industry and ensure goals are achieved. They know the industry! You can trust their expertise and capability. The office is really nice. They provide great snack and refreshments. The downtown Durham location is sweet! There are so many options for lunch when you come visit. The team is great and very smart!

I’ve been a writer and editor for industry-specific publications for more than 30 years. During that time I’ve communicated with hundreds of PR reps from agencies of all sizes. There is a very small (count them on one hand!) number of PR agencies and representatives whom I have found to always be highly professional, responsive, knowledgeable about what the trade press needs, and fully versed in their clients’ products, industries, and markets. Koroberi is among them. I usually work with an experienced manager (the supremely capable, thoughtful, and yes, genuinely interested in forklifts Director of Public Relations and Content, Dan Gauss). But I have worked on occasion with less-experienced account representatives and have been impressed every time with their quality of work, follow-up, and professionalism. Additionally, I’ve attended many trade shows in the material handling, logistics, and supply chain space, and can say that the press conferences and press kits Koroberi produces are second to none in terms of organization and editorial value. I cannot say enough good things about the Koroberi team. They have be an integral part of building our branding and devising our communication plan. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and takes the time to do their research. Not only are they professional and a great partner to have but they also send me photos of the dogs that visit their office! I truly enjoy working with the Koroberi team. They are highly talented, extremely organized, excellent communicators and above all, they are just nice people. In my 36+ years in this industry, I have worked with a lot of marketing firms and agencies and have observed that cracks usually develop within the teams when a stressful deadline is introduced, but this is not the case with Koroberi. They have the ultimate team-player mentality where respect rules and calm ensues. The Koroberi team is really a pleasure to work with!
