Took my Mazda 3 in for repairs on an insurance claim.Was returned a car that had work done, but several screws were left uninstalled and there was paint damage to adjacent panels that was not there when I dropped car off for repairs.Once that situation was "fixed" and I was given my car back a second time, I ended up taking a few days off for a road trip, and discovered that there were more missing screws and skipped mounting points on my front bumper causing a rather annoying noise at freeway speeds. The rattle eventually caused electrical issues in the headlight housing.This will be the second return trip to have them "fix" their repair work.Tried to work with insurance company to have repair work on the repairs performed at another shop. Unable to go elsewhere due to their warranty terms and insurance having already paid this facility.

This place is amazing! I was visiting Reno from out of town and my rear window got smashed in. I was supposed to drive 7 hours home the next morning with my 4 young kids, but there was broken glass everywhere and I was worried about traveling that far like that. My mom (who is a local) raved about Kustom Kreations and has told me many times about how good they are and how they take care of their customers.We went in and they took us right in, vacuumed up ALL of the glass, removed the rear windshield wiper and other pieces that attach to the trunk so that everything could shut properly, and taped up the back so we could drive home. They were so quick and thorough. And then they wouldn't even let me pay! They did it for FREE!I wish I lived closer because this is a place I definitely trust and where customers are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Thank you so much Kustom Kreations!
