She also updates us on the status of our orders weekly and reaches out after our products are delivered to us to be sure we are satisfied. My husband received a Howard Miller Clock as a 30th anniversary gift from the company he worked for, and in the years since he retired he lost the key to wind the clock. We tried the Howard Miller website, but got no response to our inquiry. After trying various other repair sites, my son suggested we try Lasting Image since they had handled some promotions for the company in the past. The people at Lasting-Image, after hearing our story, immediately agreed to help, even though they had not ordered the clock. In this era of technology and automatic system response, they have been the most helpful and friendly people with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. I would highly recommend them for any type of promotional problem you might have, as they are certainly problem solvers. Thank you.
