I have a very long email written about this company, but just decided not to put it here. I will just say that I would give a zero if not for Natalie. At the very least, she did everything she could to make me happy with Law Promo. I felt like I had to design my own website with this company. They gave no independent thought or advice about what would work or not work. I had to give all suggestions as to what I wanted. They missed every deadline. I truly feel that their work was not much better than what I could have done myself and I have no experience with websites. My current site is not from Law Promo as I have since found another company that is an active participant in the process.

The reason I chose Law Promo was because when I spoke with Christopher, the project coordinator, he diligently informed me on everything and I immediately got the sense that I could trust them to be responsive beyond attaining me as a client. Once we got started on the project, he and his team exceeded my expectations. Christopher was very responsive, patient, and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I've learned that building a website is a very tedious task and every little detail matters.
