I've had security systems in homes since the 1980s, with my most recent install in 2012. These were hardwire, keypad activated systems with no smartphone capability. They were always so much of a pain to operate that I usually avoided turning them on. LiveWatch is a whole new level of simplicity, value and service.I just moved into a large rental home that had one of the antique, hardwired ADT systems as described above. No way I was going to pay $50 a month to monitor that, so I began investigating wireless options. LiveWatch had the best system, best features, best pricing and best support.My new wireless system monitors my home with 3 cameras, 2 entry door switches, 2 motion sensors, and a fire sensor. Everything is controlled from a portable keypad and our cellphones. I can also log activity or view the cameras from my tablet and computer from anywhere in the world.I easily installed everything with a couple screws (the outside camera) and double stick tape (everything else). The company has *terrific* system training with live instructors. I've now had it operational for five months and couldn't be happier. It watches my place when I'm out and I've never had a false alarm.The equipment is all greatly discounted so everything cost less than $200. For the first year, they have a full money-back guarantee and there is NO monitoring contract (unlike other companies that force you into multiyear plans). After one year I own all my equipment. Best of all, it's entirely portable. When I move, I'll just pull the cams and sensors and take them to my new location.All the staff I came in contact with were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This is a terrific security company to use.

Nothing but great experiences with these guys...domestic support. ..they answer the phone when you call...or promptly callback when your turn...they offer patient assistance. ..they offer quality equipment with reasonable monitoring cost. They helped me with my initial purchase and setup...and then again when I moved....very very good customer service. ..which is very rare these days.

I've been a LiveWatch customer since 2015, and I've been very happy the entire time. The system works, is very customizable for alerts, and the few times that I've needed customer service they've been excellent. I recently needed to call and was happy to find almost zero hold time to speak to a live person. The customer service representative (Nick) was able to provide an answer to my question within a minute. Their service couldn't have been better. Thank you.
